By accessing and using RestroEngage's restaurant management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
RestroEngage provides an all-in-one restaurant management solution including:
- Customer loyalty programs and rewards management
- Gift card creation and management systems
- Table reservation and booking systems
- Discount and promotion management tools
- Social media marketing automation
- Analytics and reporting dashboards
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Using the service only for legitimate business purposes
4. Payment Terms and Billing
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:
- Monthly or annual billing cycles as selected
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before billing date
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Price changes require 30 days advance notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension

RestroEngage and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your restaurant data and customer information.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. You maintain ownership and control of your customer data and restaurant information.
8. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide technical support during business hours and emergency support for critical issues.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
RestroEngage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
